AWEN is a 501c3 non-profit; founded in North Carolina in 2003, we expanded to include a New England headquarters in 2009, and a California headquarters in 2010. We are dedicated to improving community, reducing health disparities, and
promoting the spirit of the individual in charge of their own health. We exist to nurture creative efforts that tackle these needs; healers and artists, educators and performers, come explore our website and find ways we can collaborate.
Awen (AH-wen) is a celtic word for illumanation, bringing things to light and to a new understanding.
